Same should be said for the hosts, they are all very helpful, go out of their way to say hi and talk to you, it's nice. The wait staff on the floor are great, and so many of them get to know you and will stop and chat, we really love that personal touch. I know it's a casino so you can't expect to win every time, but after all this time going I can definitely see a decline, at least for us personally. It's not unheard of to drop $200-$300 into a machine and get absolutely nothing back, and not even bonus games. I agree with other reviews that the payouts on the slots is getting pretty bad. We have been going here for a few years now, and both my husband and I have maintained executive producer status so we are clearly spending a good amount of money.
